WALTERBORO: Aubrey Patrick Miller, husband of the late Elizabeth Murray "Sis" Miller, passed away Friday at his home. He was 99.

Mr. Miller was born in Barnwell, SC September 22, 1915 a son of the late Florrie Smoak Miller and Frank Hamilton Miller. He was a founding partner of the Carolina Sales Company, and was a member of Bethel United Methodist church.


He is survived by a son, Michael M. Miller of Atlanta, and by a step-daughter, Judith W. Allen of Aiken. He has two grandsons, Clark and Patrick Allen, as well as three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his siblings: Marion Miller, Arletha Miller, and Dorothy Touchberry.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 4:00 in the Live Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to either the Epworth Children's Home, 2900 Millwood Ave., Columbia, SC 29205 or to the Bethel United Methodist Church, 355 Hampton Street, Walterboro, SC 29488.
