WALTERBORO :     Mr. William G. "Bill" Robbins passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 29, 2020 at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.  He was 70.

Bill was born in Walterboro November 14, 1950 a son of the late Walter E. Robbins Sr. And Catherine Glover Robbins.  He retired after a dedicated career as a salesman with John Deer, Inc., and was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Walterboro.  Bill was known for his outgoing personality, his love of golf, and his devoted support of the Carolina Gamecocks.

He is survived by his brother, Walter E. "Ed" Robbins (Janice) of Walterboro, and their children Jennifer "Jenny" Bunton (Jamie) and William E. "Will" Robbins (Andrea Azumendi).  He leaves behind his great-neice Catherine Bunton and his great-nephew Jim Bunton.

Due to the situation that currently exists in the nation and the state with COVID, the family will hold a private graveside service at Live Oak Cemetery, where he will be interred beside his late parents. When the situation improves locally, the family will conduct a public celebration of his life for his friends.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the food pantry at Bethel United Methodist Church.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro is in charge of arrangements.
