BENNET'S POINT: Mrs. Debbie Gail Raymond, wife of Roger Dale Raymond, died Thursday at Hospice Center of Charleston. She was 61

Mrs. Raymond was born in Colleton County September 26, 1953, a daughter of Evelyn Linder Smoak and the late Joe Smoak. She worked for Avant Construction Company and Rizer Chevrolet. She loved the outdoors.

Surviving besides her husband, are: her mother, Evelyn Linder Crosby of Round O; son, Joseph Raymond of Bennett's Point; daughter, April O'Neal of Walterboro; brothers, Godfrey Ritter of Walterboro and Gregory Ritter of Round O; six grandchildren and a great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 10:00 AM in the Parker -Rhoden Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Sunday at Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
