WALTERBORO :     Mr. James Allan "Jim" Foley passed away Monday morning, April 13, 2020 at the Trident Medical Center in Charleston.  He was 68.

Jim was born in Philadelphia, PA May 29, 1951 a son of the late James Howard Foley and Marian Elizabeth Griffin Foley.  He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, and was a skilled fisherman.  He was a gentle, kindhearted man who was extremely artistic and loved music.  Jim was a devoted son and brother, and was a member of St. Jude's Church in Walterboro.

He is survived by his sisters, Sharon Lee Foley of Walterboro and Judy Foley Lipscomb (Russell) of Columbia.

In consideration of the state and national emergency that currently exists with the coronavirus pandemic, and with the health and well-being of their friends and community in mind, a private graveside service will be held for Jim at  Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, where he will be interred beside his late parents.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home of Walterboro is in charge of arrangements.
