ROUND O:    Mrs. Katherine Malarkey Lewis, age 83, died Sunday, September 23, 2018 at her residence.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Meadowlands, PA, but had lived in Round O for many years. She was an LPN, a homemaker and a Roman Catholic.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday afternoon, September 26, 2018 at 4:30 at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Millen, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Lewis, a son, Billy Lewis, a grandson, Billy Lewis Jr., and a brother, Harold Malarkey.

She is survived by her daughter, Carol Lewis Port (Popey Port) of McClellandville.  There are two granddaughters, Sarah K. Smith of Summerville, and Cynthia R. (William) Sweat of Round O.  She leaves behind two great-grandchildren, Raylan Sweat and Wyatt Sweat, a family friend Robert Smith, and two brothers, Duane and Douglas Weist of Minnesota.
