WALTERBORO :     Mrs. Annie Kathryn  Thomas, formerly of Columbia and wife of the late Daniel Richard Thomas, passed away Sunday morning, February 23, 2020 at the Colleton Medical Center.  She was 91.

Mrs. Thomas was born in Islandton, SC March 4, 1928 a daughter of the late Eugene Gordon Dopson and Vera Dell Murdaugh Dopson.  She was a homemaker, and was a devoted wife, mother and sister.

She is survived by two sisters, Alice Dopson Richter (Richard) of Orlando, and Rosalyn Dopson White (William) of Walterboro, and by a number of nieces and nephews.  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Sandra Johnson.

Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon, February 26, 2020 at 2:00 at Celestial Memorial Gardens, 3111 Delree Street, West Columbia, SC  29170.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street, Walterboro, SC is in charge of arrangements.
