ROUND O: Mrs. Mae H. Seigler, wife of the late Bryant Seigler, died Friday, Sept. 8, 2017 at Pruitt Health Care Center in Walterboro. She was 88.

Mrs. Seigler was born April 30, 1929 in Round O, a daughter of the late Ervin L. Hiott and Artie Crosby Hiott. She was a member of Bedon Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School for 40 years, and was also a former Missions Director.

She is survived by two sons, Ricky Seigler of Round O, and Ronald W. Seigler (Pam) of Tennessee. There are four grandchildren: Stacy Seigler, Richard "Buckshot" Seigler (Carol), Lemuel Seigler (Miranda),and Deedrae Colliver (Greg). There are six great-grandchildren: Joshua Lee Seigler, Rebecca Seigler , Scott Seigler, Mackenzie Seigler, Bindi Seigler, and Mariya Hiott. She also leaves behind three great-great grandchildren, Braeleigh Thomas, Riddick Seigler, and Sharae Colliver.


Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the Bedon Baptist Church, with burial following in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 - 8 PM at Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro.
