Mrs. Margaret Freeman Walters Juttner, 93, formerly of Walterboro, SC and wife of the late Arthur Juttner, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at her home in St. George while under hospice care. She was born in Chesterfield County to the late Walter Alexander and Dora Freeman on December 2,1931. Margaret attended Cheraw area schools. Margaret lived in the St. George and Walterboro area for over 65 years. Margaret loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed being a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Walterboro.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents and siblings. She was also preceded in death by her late first husband Ransome Walters and son Bill Walters.

Margaret leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Timothy (Christine) Walters of Charlotte, NC; three grandchildren, Steven (Sarah) Walters of Columbia, SC, Drew (Brenna) Walters of Mauldin, SC, and Carter Walters (fiancé Charlotte Wirtz) of Chicago, Illinois; and three great-grandchildren. She had many friends that were special to her in her church, bridge groups, and Crafty Ladies group.

The family would like to thank the staff with Agape Hospice for the excellent care they provided in recent weeks. Also, thank you to Dr. Thomas and his staff of Walterboro who took care of her medical needs for many years. A special thank you to Margaret's caregivers for their around the clock care and companionship.

Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home of Walterboro is caring for the family. Margaret will be interred privately beside her first husband at St. George Memorial Gardens.  A celebration of her life will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church at 106 May Street, Walterboro, SC 29488.
