WALTERBORO :   Mrs. Mariana Olteanu Gottesman, wife of the late Dov Gottsman, passed away Monday morning, December 16, 2019 at the Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro.  She was 79.

Mrs. Gottesman was born in Bucharest, Romania February 10, 1940 a daughter of the late Ion and Eufimia Chiperiu Olteanu.  She received her Master's Degree from the University of Politehnica of Bucharest, and was a retired chemical engineer.  She was a member of Temple Mt. Sinai in Walterboro.  She is survived by her daughter, Carmela Gottesman.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday afternoon, December 17, 2019 at 1:00 at the Live Oak Cemetery in Walterboro.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro is in charge of arrangements.
