WALTERBORO :     Mrs. Nancy Lana Siegel Cofield, wife of Gary L. Cofield, passed away Saturday August 1, 2020 at her home in Walterboro with her family by her side.  She was 76.

Nancy was born in Walterboro October 21, 1943 a daughter of the late Sam and Leona Novit Siegel.  She was a graduate of Walterboro High School, and for many years was a sales associate at Novit's Fashion Shop.  She was a member of Temple Mount Sanai, and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  Her outgoing personality and beautiful smile will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters Samantha Cofield Eastman (Chuck) of Hemet, CA, and Jennifer Cofield Ciotola (Eric) of Murrieta, CA.  She leaves behind her grandchildren Serena and Nicolas Ciotola, as well as her siblings Paul Siegel, Gale Siegel Messerman and Penny Siegel Blachman.

Due to the current situation that exists in the state and nation with the coronavirus pandemic, graveside funeral services will be held privately.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street, Walterboro is in charge of arrangements.
