WALTERBORO:     Mrs. Patricia Fralin DeLoach, wife of C.J. "Buddy" DeLoach DVM, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, June 28, 2026 at her home in Walterboro, under hospice care, with her family by her side.  She was 81.

Mrs. DeLoach was born in Colleton County July 17, 1944 a daughter of the late Harry and Joyce Lake Fralin.  She she received her BA Degree from the College of Charleston, and taught Marine Biology at the college level for many years.  Mrs. DeLoach was a talented artist and enjoyed crafts.  She was a devoted wife and mother and lovingly supported her husband throughout his long and successful veterinary career.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Cathy DeLoach Smith, Jay DeLoach (Cathy), and Marie Deloach.  She leaves behind her grandchildren Clint Benton (Blue), Lindsey Benton (Caleb), T.J. Smith (Nicki), and Amber Reeves (Davontay).  There are a number of great and great-great grandchildren.

Private graveside services were held Wednesday morning, July 1, 2026 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro was in charge of arrangements.
