ROUND O :     Mr. Patrick Luther Laughlin, husband of Sally Ann Batron Laughlin passed away Wednesday evening, May 5, 2021 at Trident Medical Center in Charleston after a brief illness.  He was 73.

Mr. Laughlin was born in Saco, Maine April 16, 1948 a son of the late Martin and Hazel Ward Laughlin.  He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was a retired employee of NAPA.  He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, and loved spending time with his family…especially in the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee.

In addition to his wife of fifty years, he is survived by his daughter Kim Atkins (Thomas) of Cottageville, and by his brother Michael Laughlin (Janice) of Islandton.  There are three grandchildren:  Joshua (Melissa), Benjamin, and Samantha Atkins.

A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, May 8, 2021 at 2:00 in the Chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro.
