WALTERBORO :     Ricardo Martinez Reyes passed away Sunday morning, December 6, 2020 in Colleton County from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  He was 19.

Ricardo was born in Goldsboro, NC September 6, 2001 a son of Rosa Maria Reyes Sanjuan and Adelfo Martinez Castro.  He was a hard worker, and was a devoted son and brother who will be truly missed.  He attended Saint Anthony Catholic Church.

In addition to his mother and his father, he is survived by his step-father Louis Hernandez, and by his siblings:  Jorge', Abigail, Jasmin and Alexandria Hernandez Reyes, and Jonathan and Aydee Martinez. He leaves behind his grandmothers Benita Sanjuan, Alejandra Castro, and Oliva' Escobar (Raul), and his Godmother and Godfather Juan Pablo Malpica and Carolina Perez.

The Rosary will be recited at 6:00 Friday evening, December 11, 2020 in the chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro.  The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday afternoon, December 12, 2020 at 2:30 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, with Final Commendation and Farewell following at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Walterboro.
