SMOAKS :     Mrs. Patricia Louise "Tia" White, wife of Randy White, passed away Monday evening, December 9, 2019 at her home in Smoaks after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  She was 33.

Tia was born in Walterboro August 30, 1986.  She was a former volunteer firefighter with Colleton County Fire and Rescue, and was a member of Marion Baptist Church.  She was a homemaker, and was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, mother and friend.

She is survived by her parents, Thomas Martin Nichols and Sherry M. Nichols.  She has four children:  Elizabeth Ryanne Bell, Edward Raphael Bell, Joseph James Nichols, and Christopher Bryan Fletcher Jr.  There are five siblings:  David Avery Jr., Tara Carte, Brittany Davenport, Brandon Seagrove, and Andrew Seagrove.  Tia also leaves behind 3 special aunts, Alice Parnell, Patricia Underhill, and Louise Nichols.

Graveside services will be held Thursday afternoon, December 12, 2019 at 3:00 in the Williams Cemetery in Williams.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the Marion Baptist Church.  Parker-Rhoden Funeral home, 117 Paul Street in Walterboro is in charge of arrangements.
