BRUNSON : Mr. Walter Gunter Jr., husband of Ruby Sarah Mixon Gunter, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at his home on Tinkertown Road near Fairfax under hospice care. He was 54
Walter was born in Columbia, SC September 2, 1965 a son of the late Walter Lee Gunter Sr. and Frances Ruth Ransom Gunter. He was a welder by trade, and he possessed a wonderful sense of humor and a kind heart.
In addition to his wife of 25 years, he is survived by his son Eric. He was preceded in death by a son, Jesse Alex Gunter.
Graveside services will be held Thursday morning, March 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Old Bethel Cemetery in Ruffin.
